This pigtail is for terminating the 2 positive and negative wire leads from the power part of a siamese cable to a standard Female DC power jack (2.1mm) for connecting to the male power plug of a 12V DC power adaptor for CCTV cameras. These power pigtails are a good idea to have so that you don't have to splice cables on your power adaptor.
Striped wire is negative. Solid black wire is positive.
