Remote View
A note about remote viewing:
To perform a remote view, you must have a broadband internet connection at the location of the unit, and a WiFi router that the unit can connect to. You also must have a device capable of pulling up the camera such as a Windows computer or a Smartphone.
Setting up the remote viewing option does require you to have a working knowledge of how IP addresses and port forwarding works; if these terms confuse you, you’ll need to speak with a network administrator or find a local company to assist you with networking. Basic instructions are provided, but 123CCTV is unable to guide you through this process over the phone, due to the uniqueness of your service provider, router, and connection.
