This cctv camera is one of the highest resolution WDR security cameras on the market that also has a long range lens of 9-22mm. It features the newest, state of the art image signal processor that allows for CCTV Video resolutions much higher than previous technology.
It offers night vision up to 130 feet in complete darkness and farther if there is other lighting around. The lens on this camera is manually adjustable as well. You can set it from 9mm to 22mm zoom length which is suitable to see facial deatail up to 80ft away. Because of its long zoom length it is great for mounting on top of a garage for security down a long driveway up to 100ft long. Its WDR functionality makes it even better by allowing it to handle sun glare in most situations. On top of all these features, it also has Digital Noise Reduction (DNR). This is yet another feature that puts this camera above other cameras in the market. Most cameras on the market will display very grainy video during night time, with this camera featuring DNR, the noise has been greatly reduced.
This camera also comes with an on screen display menu controlled by a small joystick located on the underbelly of the camera to navigate around the menu. This on screen display menu allows the user to adjust many camera settings and features.
As for mounting this camera, it comes with a 3 axis bracket, where the camera cable runs through the inside of the bracket. This allows protection of your camera cables from being cut. The 3-axis design lets you mount the camera on a wall, ceiling, or flat horizontal surface like the top of a roof.
