The camera also features a 5-15mm manually adjustable lens that you can set at the time of installation of the camera. You can expect to get a wide angle of 45 degrees at 5mm and 18 degrees at 15mm. Even in low light, down to 0.001 lux you can expect to see in color with this camera.

With this digital wireless camera, it can transmit through a few obstructions and still maintain a clear image. If you have a weak signal because you are either going too far or through too many obstructions, you will still get a clear picture and only the frames per second of the picture will be less. This wireless security camera uses the same technology as WiFi, so if the camera has a weak signal, like your computer may have with wireless internet, the speed of the video slows down. These cameras are perfect for homes, garages, offices, warehouses, workshops, and small parking lots. These cameras can transmit video wirelessly up to 300ft with clear line of sight to the receiver antenna. Transmission through obstructions varies depending on the type of obstructions you have. We have tested these wireless cameras to transmit through 1 concrete wall and 3 dry walls together up to 100ft away from the receiver using the antenna included in this package. This makes the camera a hassle free and interference free choice for homes where all you have to do is plug the camera power adapter to a wall outlet.

All you need is to mount the camera and connect it to electricity. It comes with a AC to 12V DC power adapter to plug in to a AC outlet. Please make sure it is protected inside a weatherproof junction box as power adaptors are never weatherproof. Put the antenna on the camera and the receiver in a window or weatherproof box, and you're set to send this signal wirelessly. You can connect the receiver to a TV or DVR, and sync each camera to its receiver by simply pressing a button on the receiver and camera to sync them together.
